Wedgwood Center Redevelopment Proceeds

On Monday, March 25 at 5 PM, Security Properties will be meeting with the City’s Northeast Design Review Board via WebEx in order to present the below three “massing concepts” for its Wedgwood Center redevelopment project. Security Properties seeks approval of its Concept C, which amounts to a six-story, mixed-use redevelopment of the site that currently houses the former QFC, Wedgwood Broiler and HomeStreet Bank. A grocer and other retail are integral parts of the plan. Community members are encouraged to participate in the online public meeting and share their thoughts or concerns about the project.
